How the Dry Extrusion Process Works

1. Crushing and sieving the raw salt powder to a consistent feed.
2. Feeding the powder into the double roller press with screw pre-compaction.
3. Compacting the material into dense sheets between the two rollers.
4. Breaking and granulating the sheets into uniform granules.
5. Sieving — oversize returns to the crusher and fines return to the feed.
6. Packaging the finished granules.
